How long do custom embroidery orders take to produce and ship?

Do to the high volume, line jackets can take anywhere from two - six weeks to produce and ship.  Group orders may take longer.

Why don't you accept returns for custom orders?

Accepted Answer

We expect you know what you want.  Once it's made there's nothing we can do with your custom order.  Orders can only be returned within 30 business day for a full refund if defective.  Thanks for your understanding.

Why do orders take so long?

This is an individually owned company.  Unfortunately, we can't produce items as fast as major companies.  We pride ourselves on transparency and customer service.  We expect our customers to read and comprehend our policy.
